Welcome! I'm Cassie Conforti! 6 years ago I married my high school sweetheart, Andrew. Our first date was a bike ride to get ice cream because neither of us was old enough to drive, which we still think is so funny to this day. Fast forward to 2013 and a second boy came into my life and swept me off my feet, my son Enzo was born and I became a mama. Since then we have added our beautiful baby girl, Eveleyn Mae, and completed our little family. Our story means the world to me and it is my honor and joy to capture the unique, beautiful stories of couples and families starting a life together through photos.
Love is beautiful. It's life breathing, and messy, and hard, and amazing. Sometimes love doesn't look pretty. Sometimes we have to fight for it, and sometimes it's easy.
What drew me to weddings was the passion behind capturing a love story in a season of change. Weekend after weekend I get to witness parents watching their babies say 'I Do' to a person who truly loves them as much as they do. I witness grandparents who have been married for fifty years slow dancing on the dance floor - surrounded by people who they brought into this world. I witness sisters and best friends standing by each others side through big moments and daddy's kissing theirs daughters foreheads as they dance together one last time before she's off to Hawaii on her honeymoon. These are All Love stories - in a season of change.
For me, my love story is at home. I get to fall in love with my husband, who I fell in love with when I was 15 years old, hold our baby girl in his arms and kiss her sweet cheeks. I get to watch him wrestle with our crazy three year old while we dance barefoot in the yard. We get to learn what love looks like in the middle of night, cleaning up after a sick toddler together. We get to fall in love with each other over ice cream and sticky fingers and superhero costumes and Lego towers. And I get to hold these sweet babies close and tell them how much I love them, because before I know it, I will be that mom zipping my daughter into her wedding gown and sending her down the aisle to the love of her life.
Love is a season constantly changing, morphing and breathing with the wind. And a wedding is snapshot of a day with 1000 love stories, waiting to be told.
Life is fleeting, capture it while you can!
