Allison and Tom’s Wedding up in Northern Indiana was a record breaker! We spent the morning doing photos on the gorgeous beaches of Lake Michigan (one of my favorite places in the world!!), in the record heat and humidity. We spent a total of probably 10 minutes on the beach and somehow got tons of photos. But we were all DRIPPING sweat by the end and looking like we had just gone swimming. It was crazy hot. From there we headed inland to the church and cooled off a bit, before heading to their Reception site in the middle of the rolling golden fields of corn that is so iconically Indiana. Homestead 1835 welcomed us with snacks, fans and mother nature blessed us with a big cool down and a surprise downpour. It was glorious and followed up by a gorgeous rainbow and sunset. Indiana weather never ceases to surprise and amaze and make for the best wedding photos!
Congratulations Ali and Tom! Teresa and I were honored to be a part of your big day!!! And we love how the photos turned out! Especially from the Pink beach House! (Can I move there??!)
